M1 is a public company listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”) offering a broad range of mobile voice and data communications services over its 2G/3G/3.5G network. As of December 31, 2007, M1 was the third largest mobile telecommunications service provider in Singapore by number of subscribers with 1.5 million subscribers, representing a 27.3% market share of postpaid subscribers. Of those 1.5 million subscribers, 856,000 were postpaid customers and 679,000 were prepaid customers. In 2005, TM International, TM and Khazanah formed a consortium through SunShare to invest in M1. As of March 17, 2008, SunShare held a 29.7% interest in M1. Upon completion of the Pre-IPO Restructuring and the Acquisition, we will have 100.0% of the share capital of SunShare. SunShare has two seats on the board of directors of M1.
