Dato' Yusof Annuar bin Yaacob, 43 years old, is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He has had investment banking, corporate management and telecommunication experience throughout his career.

He is currently the Executive Director and Group Chief Financial Officer of TM International Berhad. He was the Chief Executive Officer of TM International Sdn Bhd from June 2005 till March 2008. Dato’ Yusof is a member of the Board and Executive Committee of Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad. He is also a Board member of a number of companies within the TMI Group operating internationally that includes, inter-alia, Dialog Telekom Plc (Sri Lanka), PT Excelcomindo Pratama Tbk (Indonesia), TM International (Bangladesh) Limited, Spice Communications Limited (India), MobileOne Ltd (Singapore), Samart I-Mobile Public Company Limited (Thailand),Samart Corporation Public Company Limited (Thailand), Multinet Pakistan (Private) Limited and Mobile Telecommunications Company of Esfahan (Iran).
