Suryani Binti Hussein, 43, is the Group Company Secretary for TMI. She is responsible in ensuring that the Group complies with statutory requirements with regard to secretarial matters while protecting the Group’s business interests. Prior to this, Suryani was the Head of Legal & Secretarial at Celcom (M) Bhd. Suryani graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the International Islamic University in Malaysia after which she was called to the Bar in 1990 and practiced as an advocate and solicitor from 1990 to 1995 specialising in commercial litigation. She has been a licensed Company Secretary since 1995.
