Nik Hasnan Nik Abd Kadir, 46 years old joins TMI from Celcom (M) Bhd where he was Chief Internal Auditor since 2005. He is primarily responsible to formulate directions and strategies for Internal Audit through effective audit plans in order to mitigate risk exposure and to appraise the policies, procedures and management controls of TMI to ensure that the activities are properly managed and to promote effective controls at reasonable cost.

Prior to this he was Financial Controller, Asia Pacific Service Centre, for Shell Global Solutions Sdn Bhd, a member of Shell Global Audit Network and Secretary of ATRACC Audit Committee, a Shell Accounting Transaction Services Company for Asia Pacific and Middle East and General Manager, Finance, Tiram Kimia Sdn Bhd, a Shell International BV joint venture Company.

Nik Hasnan graduated with Bachelor of Science (Hon) in Accounting & Financial Analysis, University of Warwick, England. He is a Certified Internal Auditor (“CIA”) and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Malaysia (“CMIIA”).
