Datuk Azzat Kamaludin is an Independent Non-Executive Director of our Company. Datuk Azzat Kamaludin is a lawyer by profession and is a partner of the law firm of Azzat & Izzat. Datuk Azzat Kamaludin graduated from the University of Cambridge, the United Kingdom, with degrees in Law and in International Law in 1968 and 1969 respectively, and was admitted as a Barrister-at-Law of the Middle Temple, London in 1970. Prior to being admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1979, he served as an administrative and diplomatic officer with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia from 1970 to 1979. Datuk Azzat Kamaludin is presently a director of Affin Holdings Berhad, Boustead Holdings Berhad, Boustead Heavy Industries Corporation Berhad, KPJ Healthcare Berhad, Pulai Springs Resort Berhad, Celcom, Visdynamics Holdings Berhad and several other private limited companies. He served as a member of the SC from March 1, 1993 to March 21, 1999.
